We strongly believe that patients’ schedules are equally valuable as clinicians’, and thus they should expect to be seen on time, every time. We also recognise that each patient is unique, and that they should get the the amount of time and support that they need.
Patients come to us for our expertise, and we will let them know of all options available. We respect patients’ decisions to choose whatever treatment plan best suits their individual needs, be it medical or financial. In our recognition of these essential criteria, we work to establish and maintain trust and always operate in the patient’s best interest.
We believe that patients paying for medical treatment are entitled to be seen on a timely basis. All patients should therefore be offered an appointment within two weeks of booking (and if possible, sooner), subject to any restrictions outside of our control.
