From the moment I entered the building up the moment I left, I was treated superbly. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It felt like I was going to a spa rather than seeing a doctor. Dr Archer's manner was spot on, delivery of news exemplary, and the nurses were super-friendly and kind. I couldn't retain much information at the time so kept asking for people to repeat things, but everyone was so patient. Thank you.
