Dr Catriona Wootton - Consultant Dermatologist
Dr Catriona Wootton is a UK trained Consultant Dermatologist based in Oxford. She is fully trained and on the GMC specialist register. Dr Wootton qualified in Medicine from the University of Dundee but also holds an MA(Hons) in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.

Dr Wootton’s specialist interests include contact dermatitis and patch testing, tropical and infectious dermatology alongside both general dermatology and skin cancer. Dr Wootton has undertaken research projects in both the UK and Laos, South East Asia where she was an honorary member of the Laos-Oxford-Mahosot-Wellcome Trust Research Unit (LOMWRU) and she has published widely in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr Wootton is passionate about medical education and is directly involved in the clinical training of medical students at the University of Oxford.
Dr Wootton is a keen cyclist and has completed the London to Paris bike ride on behalf of the British Skin Foundation as well as several trans-Swiss cycle tours with her husband. Dr Wootton greatly enjoys exploring more remote locations with her family and spends any spare time sewing or making things.
